Emerson Brantley is best-known as creator of the longest-running profitable lead-generating infomercial of all time -- the "Cash Flow Generator" which he originated in 1993 for real estate guru Ron Legrand (Success Development International or SDI). Emerson first wrote the core piece, the lead-generating "special report", and tested it using direct mail and groundbreaking early online marketing (almost a year before the World Wide Web!). Brantley then developed it into the profitable Cash Flow Generator infomercial SDI used to build their customer list to over 200,000. In 2003 Russ Whitney's WIN acquired the Cash Flow Generator, using it virtually unchanged to generate 60,000 new registrants and $6.8 million in new revenue in the first five months alone and estimating a continuous 10,000 new customers a month from the Cash Flow Generator (RUSS.PK 8K SEC filing).

Don R. McCarthy brings a vast resource of international trade, business development and government relations expertise to WEB3Direct. He served for twenty-five years as the Barbados Consul to the United States with direct responsibilities for Tourism.

As Consul for Barbados his direct responsibilities included overseeing all consular affairs, trade and investments; advising U.S. corporations and investors on offshore banking and investment opportunities in Barbados; maintaining relationships with key U.S. Gubernatorial and Mayoral offices, with the U.S. State Department and U.S. Office of the Chief of Protocol, as well as with regional, state and federal U.S. law enforcement offices. In addition, he worked with private entities to develop mutually-beneficial relationships in trade and international investment in the region.

Mr. McCarthy has served on numerous international boards, including as Chairman of the Advisory Council for the Caribbean Tourism Organization and Chairman of the Marine and Ecological Research Foundation. He has also served as a Director of Ramnat Financial Group and for Distinctive Luxury Vacations; the Greater Los Angeles World Trade Center Association and the Los Angeles Diplomatic Corps, among others. He currently serves on Bio-Jet International's board of directors, a global alternative fuels company.

An internationally-recognized expert on global tourism, marketing, trade and the Caribbean Basin Initiative, Mr. McCarthy is a highly sought-after lecturer and instructor, presenting at major universities including Pepperdine University's MBA program, the University Of Austin, Stanford and others. In addition, corporations such as Pan Am Airlines (at their Annual Sales Conference) and multi-national business and governmental organizations such as the Caribbean Tourism Organization have featured him at their conferences and seminars worldwide.

After completing his Bachelors and Masters of Business Administration at the Western States University in Fullerton, CA, Mr. McCarthy continued his postgraduate education and training at Pace University, University of Surrey in the United Kingdom, the Barbados Institute of Management and Productivity, and other specialized programs worldwide.
